We want you to feel confident and comfortable in your Cou Cou pieces. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached; for hygiene reasons, intimates must be unworn and in their original compostable packaging.

• 3.
  Print and Ship

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
